I'm somewhat of a Shopify novice, and I find Sky Pilot very simple to use and they provide excellent support. Give it a try.

What makes this app stand out are three things: 1 - excellent customer service anytime I have a question 2 - it makes it so easy to do things like make files from a past order expire immediately so that you can provide new files, change the files associated with a product going forward, add new downloads to a product, etc. 3 - create free downloads on the fly for customers
