This is my first time selling a digital good - a video course. As a newbie, it was super straightforward and intuitive to get set up with Sky Pilot. And the only time I did have a question and used the live chat, I heard back from Saro instantly, and my question was answered straightaway. So far, so good!

too complicated, all I wanted to do is send a pdf to a customer on shopify, but there is no ability to attach a file to a customer email. Shopify suggested Sky Pilot, which wasted 2 hours of my time, on wix you can just attach the pdf in the custome inbox .....

I had some issues getting the app set up properly. I contacted the Sky Pilot help team and everything got sorted out right away. So far I like the features and it is working well.

I have been able to muddle through the set up without any support. There is no support as far as I can see for this app - I tried booking an online support call - no appointments available! Also the "get help via live chat" button is not working.
