What makes this app stand out are three things: 1 - excellent customer service anytime I have a question 2 - it makes it so easy to do things like make files from a past order expire immediately so that you can provide new files, change the files associated with a product going forward, add new downloads to a product, etc. 3 - create free downloads on the fly for customers

I wasnt sure if I wanted to upgrade just yet and do the full 400 yearly payment plan they have luckily I chatted with someone from their team and they gave me an extra 250mb! Which helped me get my first product up and going! Im now going with the full plan! Super helpful, very fast response time, and very kind!

They offer unlimited customers and downloads which is insane for the free plan!! Highly recommend it.

It's very easy to manage files within Sky Pilot. I was able to add, replace and remove files for my digital products in minutes.

My customers and I have benefitted greatly from the convenience of Sky Pilot's delivery system, and I would recommend it. I did recently run into a problem with the layout that caused some customers to be unable to click a download link, but when I chatted with Nitesh in customer service, he was able to resolve my issue in a few minutes by editing my CSS.
