It's very easy to manage files within Sky Pilot. I was able to add, replace and remove files for my digital products in minutes.

I've been using Sky Pilot for almost a month now, it's a big upgrade from the default digital downloads from Shopify. The interface is nice and easy to navigate. The support is unmatched, they reply within minutes and always helpful and would do any neccessary adjustments to fit your theme. App, welche die Anforderungen an den Verkauf von digitalen Artikel sehr gut erfüllt. Die Verknüpfung der Dateien ist kinderleicht zu handhaben. Das Dashboard ist sehr informativ. Die Kunden haben die Möglichkeit Ihre Dateien über einen Linkbutton in einer separaten Email von Sky Pilot oder auch in direkt in der Auftragsbestätigung von Shopify zu erhalten. Ausserdem sind die Dateien auch im Kundenkonto jederzeit für den Download bereit. Leider ist die Emailvorlage von Sky Pilot nicht in verschiedenen Sprachen einzurichten. Aber mit dem Integrieren des Buttons in die Vorlage von Shopify ist das Problem gelöst. Zum Anpassen hat uns der Support von Sky Pilot schnell und kompetent geholfen. Wir können die App sehr empfehlen.
