It is pretty cool. I like the options and it has been pretty easy. A great tool to have. I would recommend this app.

The email app is good however it needs improving. You should be able to send customers emails even if they have bounced before. Need more flashy fonts and some gifs.

The application is free it’s true, but it’s been 3 months since my emails are sent without my profile image and with an email address different from mine. I had to find myself why there was this, I was not contacted or warned. It’s free it’s true but pay attention the quality is not always present

I wish there were more customization options available or additional types of sections. Overall, this is a simple and effective way to set up email campaigns and flows!

I love this user-friendly app. It's a lot easier to navigate than some of the paid apps I have tried and has enough features for what I need. As a small business we don't have a lot of spare $$ to spend and to find a free app that functions so well is an absolute bonus.

cheaper than other programs and super simple to use. Allows me to save my templates for my weekly emails so that I don't have to start from scratch. The amount of preset template options are great too!

An amazing free app. It's easy to use and very helpful. There is no getting it wrong, with the templates already there all you have to do is edit and enter your information and products and that's it.

Its good. I definitely wish it had a few more edit options, but overall it’s been really easy to use and free with the Shopify app.

The shopify email app is easy to use. I love the simplicity of it and it helps me stay in communication with my customers. Everyone always compliments me on how professional my emails are. However, I wish there were an option for adding videos.

Just tested Shopify Email having been a regular Mailchimp user for the last few years. They don't really compare. Shopify email user interface is clunky and the send time (we have 2,500 subscribers) is really slow due to the batch sending. Also... the Reports interface is very very slow to update, it's not giving me statistics in real-time. Not sure if we are going to keep using it.... I like that the cost is lower than Mailchimp (thank you Shopify) but please, please keep developing this functionality so that it works smoothly, quickly, intelligently. Right now it's not very intuitive and I am not convinced I'm going to stick with it.

it works nicely . it could be improves with more templates or adding more URL from other platforms such as Meta.

Cant send email to my clients which i migrated from opencart, abandoned cart emails are never sent, most of campaigns are failed.

It's OK, but I'd like more customization options and a better interface, everything feels too limited and simple. Does the job for short simple newsletters.

I would recommend this app 100% its so easy to manage once you get the hang of everything. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this platform.

Super easy to use, delivers emails to my subscribers, running on the free plan currently. Only 1 gripe with the system which is, when adding products to an email, if the product has more than 1 image, then the system uses the last image available, not the first (or main) product image as you would expect. This can be edited to display your choice of image for the product, but IMO it should always load the first, main, default image for a product as standard IMO. This is why we set a default image for a product in Shopify product admin, right? - the first image a customer sees of a product! Beyond that, it really is a super easy to use system that gets the job done! And for lower volume email sending users, most likely free to use - and low cost when you start paying to send more.

Really good free app. You can set up automations up to 90 days wait time, and send up to 10000 emails for free! This is perfect for those with small email lists that have to otherwise pay through the nose for basically the same thing. Of course, there are things I wish it would do (mostly would like to know the non-Shopify links that are clicked), but for free email hosting? It's pretty darn amazing.

worst for your brand domain! i did everything from my side and call for support to fix the send via shopify email! to customer marketing email. i dont want to show its send from shopify
