I am using Shipstation for a month and is the easiest shipping platform. Emily support every step to connect my 3 market places, she was polite and professional. I would recommend Shipstation 100% for fast and affordable shipping.

I wish i found out about Shipstation sooner! We've been using it for about a month and so far it's been so much better than click & drop which we were previously using. Orders are pulled in from all of our channels seamlessly and accurately, and any cancellations across the channels are updated on shipstation. Plus, there's lot of rules which you can create such as putting medium/high risk orders on hold so you can investigate before printing etc. Overall a great piece of software with great support

First of all, the very first experience with Shipstation was daunting, but that's because it can do SOOOO much. Once we met with our onboarding person, Chelly, she walked us through it like we were children, which is exactly what we felt like at first. lol Honestly, once we got it, we couldn't be happier and as we grow it can absolutely grow with us, which is awesome.

Account suspension without explanation, no support for backing up active data, and no regard for how difficult it will be for the user to manage purchased shipping labels, track shipments, or take any further actions.

User for 8+ years. Shipstation is powerful, but a bit buggy, with occasional small issues to fix. That said they are clearly committed to constant improvement, and consistently are making upgrades and improvements. Support is responsive, I had a tier problem that really frustrated me but to their credit they fixed it. I am continuing forward with SS as a result of that.

This unethical application uses dark patterns to trick you into purchasing funds for a "wallet" that's underfunded to buy a single label, then OVERCHARGES you by insisting you buy a minimum amount, that's much larger than you need to "fund" your wallet past the point you need to purchase a label. Good luck ever getting those few dollars back out of their predatory trap.

User for 8+ years. Shipstation is powerful, but quite buggy, with lots of small issues to fix constantly. Latest problem is they are removing access to their API for several of their price tiers. Without the API, Shipstation is mostly useless. To keep access I must upgrade 2 levels, going from $20/month to $100/month, a 400% increase, overnight. Do your homework and look at other options carefully before choosing Shipstation.

hard to use and rates were not as good as sendle or AusPost?? this is an overly complicated platform which made my small ecommerce business harder to run, and on top of this, the in-built sendle rates were always better than shipstation, and their quoted AusPost rates were more expensive than the actual AusPost rates at the post office? maybe im not using it correctly, but thats kind of the point. if i need multiple phone calls and tutorials to set it up, i dont have time for that rubbish... escpecially if it isnt goign to save me time or money!

I have been using Shopify and Shipstation together for years. They work very well together! While one might say that you can ship straight through Shopify, my team and I have found that Shipstation holds a distinct value in being able to get very granular in your shipping data, reports, automations, and views.

Enough is enough. Periodically, for unknow reason, they lock out our account. Sudden logged out, then 'UNKNOWN ERROR' during login, then 'ACCOUNT LOCKED ' message. Seriously ? We do a business here. Shipsations 'security' is just a joke, apparently made by sort of amateurs, they know nothing how businesses work. With no access to the account, we are unable to ship hundreds of orders placed, until kid from 'support' is so nice and restore the access. Each time needs ask for doing that and wait, wait, wait....Ok guys, play in your room with others, have more fan ! After 10 years time to say GOODBYE ! What we can advice - STAY AWAY ! This is not worth of your time and money.

Chelly was extremely helpful with setting up Shipstation to work with our shopify store. She has helped answer all of my questions as well as been very understanding when I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances that all business have. She has made the process fun and enjoyable, when it would have been a total headache otherwise! I highly recommend her :)

I've used ShipStation for many years. It used to work well. Not it's constant technical issues. Get a support ticket completed is very time consuming. Endless back & forth emails. They used to have live support. They charge you to use your own FedEx account. Shopify has better prices so it's not worth the monthly fee and the time and frustration is the largest cost.

It has become progressively worse over time. Logging in is always a pain, orders are not updated, customer service is mostly non existent.

We are so happy we made the switch! We have saved time by automating some of our more repetitive shipments, and money with ShipStation's rate shopper tool. Our rep Chelly was awesome, she helped us learn the platform and make sure everything was implemented. Support was able to help us resolve an issue we were having with package insurance.

So far so good. It has its learning curves but not as bad as some of these reviews. It's been great having my 3 shops in one place, I love to be able to use the barcode scanner to correctly pack orders. My only complaint is can't get the ShipStation Connect App to work and the chat customer service is very slow to respond, and they normally respond very late in the day.

I think I have used shipstation for over a decade first on another e-commerce platform and then after our switch to shopify we took shipstation with us. Loved shipstation for both platforms until ten days ago as it seems impossible now to print labels all at once. I have spent so much time each morning trouble shooting and simply put I have made ZERO changes on my end. There clearly is a problem originating within ship station. I wish they would fix it instead of taking up hours of my time that don't resolve anything because the next day it's all the same issue again. I hate change and I have resisted ditching Shipstation for that reason but I just need to let go and find a different app
