Zero support. Only an idiotic AI chatbot that promises to connect you to a human, which never happens. If this is their service during onboarding, I can only imagine what it is like when things actually go wrong in shipping. This is a stark contrast with Soundcloud's pushy sales people who waste no time in contacting you. Clearly shows where their focus is: sell sell sell, and then let the customers sort it out themselves.

Perte de colis par une des société avec qui ils travaillent, aucun compte rendu de la société en question, que ' on vous contacte des qu'on a du nouveau ' et bien sur ils on pas de nouvelles car tout le monde s'en fiche tant que tout est payé.

Sendcloud is great, it made shipping for me way more manageable and easy. Integration with Shopify is great, the only thing I'm missing is a option to import an draft order. but that's also a problem on Shopify's side, because the customer can't pay with Shopify Payments (except CC) if the draft order has been converted to order.

We zijn over het algemeen zeer tevreden met Sendcloud. Makkelijk versturen van pakketten en mooi geïntegreerd met Shopify. Enige minpuntje is dat Sendcloud bij een klant zelf een ophaalpunt had geselecteerd terwijl ze gewoon haar thuisadres had op gegeven en dit thuisadres ook op het verzendlabel stond. Nu moeten we steeds controleren of dit wel klopt.....

La herramienta te permite acceder a unas tarifas mejores incluso de las que de forma directa tendrían la mayoría de empresas con los transportistas. Además del precio, el dashboard es muy útil y funcional. Realizamos el picking de forma ágil y eficiente a través del uso de pistola con scanner. Una especial mención a Óscar, nuestro account manager, que siempre está disponible para resolver dudas y configurar nuevas necesidades. Muy recomendable!

Tevreden over sendcloud. Scheelt veel tijd, direct betere prijzen bij verzending. Had wat vragen met zelf een verzendcontract toevoegen en hele fijne support gekregen van Sedcloud!

If you try to activate your own contracts it does not work. After contacting their CS and its been more than a month that they have not solved the fact I can activate my own UPS contract, and they gently told me that its a me problem, no clear guideline of when the issue will be solved.... Customer care agent was kind, and I feel sorry that she has to deal with a product that is clearly not ready for mass adoption. If you ship anywhere else than the European Union this products is clearly not for you...

Après 1 semaine d'utilisation suite à la migration de ma boutique, impossible de traiter mes commandes, 6 jours après et des échanges avec le support incapable de répondre correctement a ma demande et de résoudre le souci. Mes commandes en souffrance traiter manuellement. Fuiyez cette plaie inutile...

We have been working with SendCloud for over 5 years and were initially very satisfied. In the past, there was always a dedicated contact person, and any minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. However, things have drastically changed. Nowadays, it feels like there’s no one who truly knows your case or is available to help. The software struggles to keep up with Shopify updates, leading to recurring problems that they seem unable to fix. Support tickets are often ignored, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. For the price they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Top app dat ik combineer met shopify. Alles verloopt zeer vlot en alles is mooi op te volgen zowel via de sendcloud pagina als via de shopify pagina. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om deze app te gebruiken wanneer je tijd, geld en frustraties wilt besparen. ps: de hulplijnen zijn ook een hele grote meerwaarde! zeer vlot en altijd zeer snel geholpen!

La aplicación conecta bien pero el servicio de Sendcloud es horrible. NO saben trabajar con IOSS a pesar de ser una normativa de 2021. No se hacen responsables de su error y estoy perdiendo clientes y a punto de perder mi cuenta en Amazon por reclamaciones originadas por el fallo de Sendcloud.

We moesten upgraden naar V2 en wilde net onze 150 bestellingen gaan verzenden die we hebben ingepakt en die data kan nu niet geüpload worden. Hiervoor betalen we echt te veel!!!

L'application marcher super bien, le service est qualitatif et réactif. Alors pourquoi 3 étoiles ? Le service mensuel est passé en l'espace de 1 an et demi de 40 euros à 133 euros pour plus ou moins le même nombre d'envois et les mêmes services. Je trouve cela affligeant, des augmentations cela est "normal" mais a ce point c'est prendre ses clients pour des vaches à lait. Je réfléchis de plus en plus a trouver un autre service similaire et moins chère. (nous avons notre propre contrat, 133 euros étant juste le prix abonnement + les fameux nouveaux 10cts par étiquette de frais qu'ils ont inventés)

Je paye un service annuel et cela fait déjà 3 mois que le système ne fonctionne pas depuis la mise à jour Shopify. Le service client à beau être sympa et "réactif" cela ne change rien. S'il vous plaît

Sendcloud nos ahorra muchísimo tiempo diario en la preparación de pedidos de la tienda online. Game changer!! Y la atención al cliente cuando tenemos algún problema es muy resolutiva. Lo recomiendo 100%

Ik zou Sendcloud aan iedereen aanbevelen, want het aanmaken van een verzending, bij welke pakketvervoerder dan ook, Sendcloud verzorgt het van A tot Z. Ik hoef niet handmatig elke keer een label aan te maken via PostNL of DHL, dat doet Sendcloud, dankzij de Shopify integratie, automatisch voor me. Zeer en zeer handig.
