Zero support. Only an idiotic AI chatbot that promises to connect you to a human, which never happens. If this is their service during onboarding, I can only imagine what it is like when things actually go wrong in shipping. This is a stark contrast with Soundcloud's pushy sales people who waste no time in contacting you. Clearly shows where their focus is: sell sell sell, and then let the customers sort it out themselves.

Perte de colis par une des société avec qui ils travaillent, aucun compte rendu de la société en question, que ' on vous contacte des qu'on a du nouveau ' et bien sur ils on pas de nouvelles car tout le monde s'en fiche tant que tout est payé.

If you try to activate your own contracts it does not work. After contacting their CS and its been more than a month that they have not solved the fact I can activate my own UPS contract, and they gently told me that its a me problem, no clear guideline of when the issue will be solved.... Customer care agent was kind, and I feel sorry that she has to deal with a product that is clearly not ready for mass adoption. If you ship anywhere else than the European Union this products is clearly not for you...

Après 1 semaine d'utilisation suite à la migration de ma boutique, impossible de traiter mes commandes, 6 jours après et des échanges avec le support incapable de répondre correctement a ma demande et de résoudre le souci. Mes commandes en souffrance traiter manuellement. Fuiyez cette plaie inutile...

La aplicación conecta bien pero el servicio de Sendcloud es horrible. NO saben trabajar con IOSS a pesar de ser una normativa de 2021. No se hacen responsables de su error y estoy perdiendo clientes y a punto de perder mi cuenta en Amazon por reclamaciones originadas por el fallo de Sendcloud.

We moesten upgraden naar V2 en wilde net onze 150 bestellingen gaan verzenden die we hebben ingepakt en die data kan nu niet geüpload worden. Hiervoor betalen we echt te veel!!!

Je paye un service annuel et cela fait déjà 3 mois que le système ne fonctionne pas depuis la mise à jour Shopify. Le service client à beau être sympa et "réactif" cela ne change rien. S'il vous plaît
