La solution sendcloud nous a permis un gain en productivité mais aussi au niveau économique grâce aux tarifs négociés. Nous apprécions également qu'il y ait un support client qui est accessible et disponible assez rapidement.

Sendcloud werkt heel makkelijk samen met onze shopifywebshop, de koppeling werkt goed. Af en toe iets onenigheid tussen onze labelprinter en sendcloud maar overall een fijn programma om mee te werken.

Satisfait de Sendcloud en général, mais deux problèmes doivent être réglés Premier point négatif mais à cause de Shopify qui bloque la chose : le choix du point relais après le paiement pour les utilisateurs non PLUS ! Et le service client, difficilement joignable par téléphone ou carrément, non joignable par téléphone ou même par chat, les week-ends où jour férié par exemple pendant le Black Friday!! Il devrait y avoir une permanence

Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Oberfläche. Sie ist klar strukturiert, sehr intuitiv zu bedienen und spart im täglichen Arbeiten enorm viel Zeit. Für alle, die ihren Versand professionell organisieren wollen, ist Sendcloud eine klare Empfehlung. Die Anbindung an Shopify ist nahtlos und zuverlässig!

I have to say that i really like working with sendcloud. I think customer service is great, always got quick replies when opening tickets. Had an issue that pick up guy was not willing to get to us and they solved it very quickly. of course rates could be even better especially for foreign countries, but i hope at some point they will, as shipments grow. All in all great experience and i would happily reccommend this platform to anyone. Thank you

Llevo unos meses utilizando Sendcloud para mi tienda online en Shopify y la verdad funciona muy bien. Los envíos son rápidos y económicos gracias a las tarifas que ofrecen. Además tienen una atención al cliente bastante buena, algo que valoro mucho!

Do NOT touch this company. Tickets raised are left unresolved. Fraudulent labels printed A CEO that doesn't reply. Inept technicians. And, this is the best one, should you complain about their woeful customer service, they end your contract. Avoid at ALL costs before they damage your business and brand.

Très bonne appli. Pas forcément simple à configurer au début mais le service commercial est très réactif pour la moindre question.
