They took the time to understand our requirements and assisted with customizations quickly and professionally. The app itself works well, and the support experience has been excellent.

This addon is versatile and easily customizable - our store contains tens of thousands of SKUs and would not be very user friendly without this level of filtering. Customer support is very responsive when and if any issues arise.

This is a fantastic app for search and navigating your products on your site. Not to mention, the support team helped me after a coding issue occurred in installing another app that conflicted. Solak T got me back on track with ease! I highly recommend this app!

A little bit difficult to set up but a good option to use. Did not like that it charges the full year upfront. You should have been able to go monthly to see if it was still for you.

We’ve been using Searchanise for a while and are very satisfied. As a marketplace, we have quite a few advanced requirements beyond the Shopify standard features. Searchanise provides these mostly out of the box. And when we want more specific features, the Searchanise support team is highly responsive and always willing to think along with us. Whenever technically possible, they implement our specific requests. They’ve for example helped us with speeding up product indexation, add fallback alt texts, set merchandising rules for sponsored products and optimize the order of filter values. An excellent app with an excellent team behind it.

Excellent search app. Fills in the gaps in the Shopify default search system. Support is also excellent. I had some custom design questions and they were answered very quickly. It took some set up to get it exactly the way we want but in the end it is perfect. Damon from support was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us get it exactly the way we want it.

We wanted to have the search promo banner to appear on all of our collection pages and Alexey from Searchanise was able to build something custom in our account that can do that! This option is super helpful for any global promotions we are doing.
