The Request Quote App fulfills all our requirements and the team provides great service and support.

The service was great. I had an issue with the 'hide price' function, and the helpdesk of Quote Snap solved it for me!

** Update ** after the excellent response and ownership that I have received from Omega after reporting these problems, I am updating this review from 2* to 4*. We accept that things may occasionally go wrong, but the most important thing is that the App teams take ownership and ensure that the problems are resolved and do not hit other customers. Omega's response to this has been excellent - which gives me confidence in the wider quality of the product - thank you!! Previous review: Lots of great functionality and good support but I felt mis-led by the app description. It does not automatically create draft orders after a quote is accepted - you will need to do this via a manual step. Also **WARNING** - I was testing on a paid plan and hiding the ATC button for just the test product. I switched back to the free plan and it updated the options in the background to hide ATC for ALL products in our store, resulting in lost revenue. I did not expect this to happen and I did not see any warnings. So IMO, a good product let down by misleading marketing and a pricing plan implementation that puts App revenue before the customers business. Not acceptable.

Great app, easy to set up and use. Support team is wonderful, Niel is always available to assist and handles our request perfectly. We are happy with this app!

I am just getting started. Support was great. Finally found a solution to my my wholesale side of things.

The Request a Quote part of the app works as expected and does exactly what we need it to do but could never get simple SMTP email notifications to work which is a must have feature. As is the customer requests a quote and it generates a draft order but our big ticket sales team doesn't watch or have access to the online store so they never see the orders. We need a way to notify them along with the information in the quote using simple a standard SMTP relay. Contacted support but we're talking to the after hours guy, who relays to someone, who relays to someone, who says they'll pass the information onto the developer. They mostly just request the same information over and over again e.g. screenshots of the error, proof that smtp works outside the app which it all does and we've provided. Wait a day for info to relay back and they ask for the same stuff again.

Great customer service and great app. A lot of functionnalities available and easy to use. I chose this app over an other because they are able to get line items properties in their quote : Perfect for business that offer custom products. Moreover I had a question their customer service agent answered in 30 seconds.

Not one to leave reviews normally, but the team behind this app have impressed me so many times, I need to share. I paid for some customisation for my use case, and they exceeded on deliverables and timeline. Super responsive to suggestions and questions (even the silly ones) and for more complex stuff they bring in their tech advisors and a client facing team to ensure all people are on the same page. Nothing is a problem, and even after my custom project was signed off as completed, I found something I needed to have adjusted and they happily did this at no charge. Yes, the functionality of the app needs to do what you want, but if you are considering these guys and another, I assure you, the help and support make choosing them well worth it. This developer has a few apps, and I've left a similar review for their sister company. If you are considering quote + discounts, speak to them about their other apps as I was able to get a near custom solution and the team got both speaking together seamlessly,
