I contacted Irene from the customer service team asking about why my advocate was not receiving her rewards. Within a 1 minute, she was able to investigate and share me screenshots to fix the issues very quickly . Turns out the advocate had not exceeded her referral review period. She is patient and extremely helpful, if i could give her a review, it'd be 10 out of 10 for reviews. Proud of supporting Referralcandy , also a Singaporean company as a Singaporean merchant on Shopify.

I considered signing up for this platform but found the pricing structure to be potentially expensive for my needs. The app charges a flat fee of $59/month and an additional 3.5% commission per sale on the first three orders from each new client per affiliate. For example, if you have 5 affiliates in a month, and each makes 5 sales, you would pay a 3.5% commission on the first 3 new customers for each affiliate: Affiliate A: 3.5% x first 3 new customers Affiliate B: 3.5% x first 3 new customers Affiliate C: 3.5% x first 3 new customers Affiliate D: 3.5% x first 3 new customers Affiliate E: 3.5% x first 3 new customers The costs can add up quickly. I would be more comfortable paying a higher monthly fee, like $99/month, with no additional commission fees, which would allow for a more predictable budget. Other tools offer a flat fee with no commission, which may be a better fit for some merchants.

You can also edit the HTML and CSS of emails and pages, so I thought it was very versatile! Additionally, the support team was very quick to respond to inquiries, and when I was confused about the settings, I was able to quickly find a solution. Thank you, Larissa!

I really think they have a great support sytem. You don't need to wait long to get a personal contact to talk to. You can ask any question and they will help you surely. 10/10 reccomend.

Support Experience Rating with Irene: 10/10 I am extremely satisfied with my support experience. The response time was extremely quick and my problem was resolved efficiently and competently.
