Honestly - I have been super impressed with the team and the amount of thought that has gone into each layer. I love how I can edit emails to match my brand and customize the way that each is sent - this let's me really tailor each customer's experience which feels huge. I like the direction they are headed and feel like this app is a game changer in a few categories - especially for small teams like mine that need to be able to leverage automatic actions and 'smart' tools.
