Redo is fantastic! We use their platform across both our customer service and marketing teams, and it’s been a game-changer. REDO has been a lifesaver for our company. We initially started with them for their efficient return/exchange portal and the ease of use for our customers. We now use REDO for everything else that relates to shipping. The shipping rates are much lower than the previous company we were using which is the biggest win. REDO has automated a lot of the shipping process which also saves us time and money. Additionally, they offer great client support and are always willing to help us problem solve. We have especially enjoyed working with Alex, Hayden, Seth and Boston. They’re the best! The only downfall we have is that we didn’t start using them sooner:)

The support to get it set up was good - they messed something up on my website but now seem too busy to help figure it out. The amount of fraudulent orders (19 as of this review) since I started with Redo on July 6th that have come through for $1.00 is crazy and quite annoying. Reach out to support and all I'm told is "if they wouldn't do it with the cheapest item they'd do it with another item" Actually, in the last 7 years I didn't have this issue until your app was added, so I disagree.

I’ve been using Redo to handle our return process, and it’s made such a difference. Being a swimwear brand, returns used to be a bit of a headache especially for our US customers. Now, instead of customers having to sort out return labels, customers can manage everything directly through Redo. I’ve also noticed a lot more exchanges rather than returns since using the app, which has been amazing. Their customer support has been very quick to get back to me as well!

2 stars only for the nice team-members who I interact it. 0 stars for the actual product. Unless you live in the USA, I would avoid it. Certain premium features have been built only for American businesses. The rest of us, who aren't American are stuck with poor features. Furthermore, you should do your due diligence around their store credit function and how it interacts with Shopify credits and any 3rd party Credit apps you have. The Redo App has potential, but it needs significant improvements particularly for ANY business outside the USA.

Prior to re-do we had no real system in place for returns. The time spent going back and forth with customers and trying to remember where each of them were at in the return process was stressful and confusing. When we learned about re-do we knew immediately we needed their system in place. It's been such a game changer for time on our side and it's provided a seamless process for the customer. Truly don't know what we would do without it!

Before Redo we didn't have a return portal on our website. Adding that through Redo has revolutionized our return process. It's easy for our customers and streamlines things at our end. Our customers appreciate the chance to insure a free return label. Almost every customer uses that option. We left Attentive when we realized Redo could handle our SMS marketing just as well at a much lower price. We love how responsive the team is - so unusual to have support at our fingertips!
