I was new to this app and was stuck on how to sync my products to Ebay, to my pleasant surprise they have excellent customer service chat was available even super late at night, Adrianne the customer service rep provided outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was slow in responding as I was learning the tool at same time. I was having an issue to figure out how to get my import exports completed, and Omar popped up and asked if I would like help. I was hesitant at first due to I thought he was just another AI, but when I learned he was not I said yes please. he's was amazing got my inventory fixed for me. I have to say it is really nice having a live person assist and to know just when to assist.
