Would have given up on this until Joseph interferes and help me out I'm forever grateful to joseph for this kind attitude to help me out I would recommend him over and over again

I have been trying to find an app to simply sync my Shopify listings to eBay and it was a costly challenge until I ran across QuickSync. This is the only company I know who proactively asks you if you need help. I dealt with Khaled earlier, who was superb and got my 3500 plus eBay listings synced. When Joseph took over, he did not miss a beat and proactively made sure my app was correctly set up to sync. What an amazing service. Thak you Joseph and Khaled you are both awesome.

I’ve just started using Quicksync, and it’s been really easy to set up and use. The app works well for syncing my Shopify store to eBay. Plus, the customer service has been excellent – they’re quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had.

Unfortunately too many issues in a short space of time. Helpful support for the main, but an attempt by support to resolve an issue with duplicate skus resulted in 95% of my eBay listings being ended.

A delight working with a helpdesk that was an actual person who helped with every stage of integration. excellent service

I tried the app and first it would not shink - i missed a step then it said it was shinking and took around 2 1/2 to finish. Problem is nothing actually sync to Ebay. They said it was shipping on ebay i checked it all was good. In the end I deleted the app as it just wasnt working.

We Tried a number of different apps. before we found QuickSync for eBay. So easy to use, Extremely helpful live chat help. Had a few issues, but the QuickSync Team handled them straight away and all been perfect. GLAD i found QuickSync - makes syncing to eBay and shopify possible. Even in the app an option to have different pricing on eBay and shopify which saves so much time.

Generally - unready app for the market. Needs a lot of testing. I just need to use the app and not to test and spent my time on support communication Basic functionality just doesn’t work. 1. Not all products syncing from Shopify 2. Not all info are sending from eBay, like shipping method, product weight 3. If label purchased within Shopify, tracking # is not transferring to eBay

Having trouble connecting my store came into contact straight away with an amazing man called Joseph, he is going above and beyond to help me, the guy knows his stuff and is a valuable asset to quick sync and deserves a promotion, or holding in high regard I have not only found a great app but also a great friend I wish him all the best for his future and if I am ever successful I will be employing him myself as he deserves the best

I felt really comfortable talking to Omar who is patient and listens to my needs. I am still at the trial stage and will be going for the paid version if it can fulfill my needs. I hope the app runs as well as their customer service!

At first was not working but I was met with a nice customer service officer named “Jayson” who had helped me navigate the problem and also referred me to the developers. Did I mention that I didn’t have to wait for the service.

Khaled was extremely helpful and walked me through every step of the process when setting up my inventory sync. He was very kind and patient, answered all my questions and made the process seamless.
