The app is working very well with standard theme. Add-on options is unlimited. Support team is there most of time i need. Worth $

I was having trouble adding an option set. Gemma was wonderful and helped me get it done with ease. Very supportive staff and available at the click!! I am very happy and satisfied with the service.

Rosie was very helpful with getting my option set (customer choices) to show up on my store. I do want to make upper management aware if it happens again I will need tech support which is a challenge as they are 11 hours ahead of me. It would be helpful for US based clients to be able to have tech support during our business hours. I am adding to this review as for the second night in a row I have worked with Rosie. I was having trouble with my conditional logic and she straightened me out in no time!

Best experience with customer service!!! Rosie helped me so much with my website and fixed all my mistakes on Globo . Don't know what i would have done without her help. Communication was excellent helping me step by step and really quick response. I also like Globo Options the App itself because it helps me with customization options. Useful app for creating custom options within products. Henry was quick to address any issues we had with the setup. However, more support is needed for theme scheduling.

Very easy to use. I chatted with Rosie and she helped to customize the look of everything for free. It was done in less than 20 minutes and looks perfect to match the look of our site. Such great service and very helpful!

(Still testing, rating may change) Helped fix problem with the theme I'm using. Unsure if there will be more problem(s) (hopefully not), but their support is good so far. (Also happened to be same/similar time zone, so it works out better in my favor). If you want to know, they're based in Vietnam (or at least that's what the app store says). Current con that I found for now: -Option sets/globo cannot detect if product(s) are already used in another option set(s) or not. In this case, it will overwrite it with the latest option set. But said product will still be in the option sets that chose it.
