I am pretty sure the app is leaking customer data as for a variant field app there should be no requirement of order data and customer details. Our customers got a scam call impersonating our store on the order having the product we used this app for. This is pure data breach and should be removed asap.

I’ve tried several product option apps before, but King Product Options App truly stands out. It’s simple to use, yet extremely powerful. I can add unlimited custom fields like text boxes, dropdowns, and file uploads without slowing down my store. The interface is very intuitive, and the app integrates perfectly with my Shopify theme. What I really love is the conditional logic feature — it allows me to show or hide options based on previous selections, which makes the shopping experience smooth and professional. The support team is also amazing! They respond quickly and even helped me adjust my custom CSS. Highly recommended for anyone who wants full control over their product options!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service was awful, unhelpful, and rude. After being very clear over email with what the problem they continued to tell me there was no issue and be dismissive. Multiple attempts to explain the issue and to pose our questions in various ways resulted in the same unhelpful, circular responses. Never answered any of my questions. It is well worth the money to go with ANY OTHER APP.
