The options and operating rules aren't clear, so it's a matter of trial and error. Often, the options don't appear in the frontend. In this case, the structure must be deleted and redone. I asked for a fix for a product that offers different sizes and different yarns for each size, and even after the third request, the problem persists. Maybe we don't understand each other? Frustrating.

It's the best options app I've ever used. I also love that if I have an issue, it's resolved immediately with live chat.

I love the freedom of creating option sets for my unique products and yesterday the customer service was outstanding after I contacted them to help improve the style of how my products were presented and they did exactly that for me.
