We have been searching for the perfect product customization app for our store (Beatific.co — custom planners and notebooks), and Eazy Product Options & Variant absolutely blew us away! I have found this app to be the easiest to use of all the ones we have tried. We selected this app because of the ease of use and the responsive customer service (online chat) that has helped with any issues we have had when customizing our products. Very responsive and they stay with you until the issue is resolved!

It was difficult to set up so that I uninstalled. But some functions are still remaining and affecting my shop operation. I really want to remove it all. Why does the app. work in that way??? I contacted their support team, which gives me very detailed instruction. As I liked their way to provide support. I decided to reinstall this app. With live chat (help) I was able to successfully created options I needed. Thanks.
