This app could have been so good for me and my shop but the fact that you have to pay in order for your customers to be able to select one option is just a rip off. That should be built in to the generic features. I wouldn't mind paying for this app, but basic things that others offer as a base they're charging for. Plus, I had to have developers fix certain things because it's not compatible with the theme.

The application generally fulfills its intended purpose, however it keeps producing recurring errors, and we usually become aware of these issues only through customer feedback. For example, a customer believes they have successfully placed an order, but the system does not actually add it. Issues like this can happen every month. I’m sorry, but due to the most recent problem, I experienced both financial loss and customer loss. We should not have to constantly monitor your application to ensure it is functioning correctly.

The free plan is basic but still fun. You can make options like color etc. to put on you're product. In the other plans there are more features to explore! Looking forward when I'm fearther in my bussiness to try them. Also customer support is very helpfull and friendly.

Only a few hours into this app - set up can be seamless. When I downloaded the app it was not guaranteed to work with my store's theme. Contacted support, got an immediate response (despite a huge timezone difference). Was told it would be a two hour wait and it was fixed before I knew it! The app is great, once you figure out how to use it! Fortunately, they have excellent customer service. I have used live chat numerous times, and everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!! It has everything I need for my small shop.

The support team is extremely responsive and helpful. Went for the paid version because the useful features needed will cost, but it is just par for the course. Ultimately of the option applications I had been dabbling with, OPTIS made the most sense for me and I liked the interface.

Tool is good, support is better. Without support assistance, i might have moved on to another one, but they helped me quickly sort all the issues i was having. Tool does have a learning curve, but once you traverse it you will enjoy it.
