This process is as easy as can be. They really make the process of linking items to your store simple and straight forward. The ease of use of this on the computer really helps take your merch to the next level.

Its very easy to set up a store for clothing with this shopify linking feature and I always tell people about it if they're looking to make some merch of their own.

Have been using/working with Printful for 6-7 years now. I've also used their competitors but when it comes to the most important things of a POD app and store owner like user-friendly navigation/integration, product selection, quality of prints and consistency, printful is undoubtedly setting the standard for this business model. Why only 4 stars?: 5 stars is a perfect score and there are definitely things they can work on, just like all apps and companies. I've used or at least did my due-diligence with almost every POD company that there is. Many do offer a wider product range for high quality and niches. Some companies produce better prints and embroidery.

moderately easy to use. I don't have much experience with digital sales or pushprinting, but I feel like I have enough resources to figure it out. I get confused about offering 'free shipping' by adding it to customer costs, and how that affects my profit margins... but that's all part of the learning curve.

I am now designing and adding to my store. It appears easy. I will check back when I go live to see how orders go and print quality. Janet

Absolutely brilliant. The only thing is the delivery times take a little long. Please offer more recycled products, the quality seems to be so much better. So worth getting this app. Love it

I am impressed with the ease of shop integration. They are an outstanding platform for managing customer apparel, and more importantly, they protect your creative brand designs from internet theft.

I synced an item to my store during one of their promotions, well within the right time frame. I reached out via chat because I hadn’t received the discount code I should have. Despite the promotion still being active, they took 2 days to respond. When they finally replied, they falsely claimed my product wasn’t synced until that day, which is simply untrue. I can prove it from the chat transcript showing when I first contacted them. It feels like they purposely avoided honoring the promotion and providing the discount code, which is incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend this service based on such dishonesty.

Printful’s integration to Shopify is so easy. I’ve had no issues creating and syncing products to my Shopify store.

I am new at this and the integration worked very well for me. This is a very helpful and well run app.

Customer service is absolutely frustrating and non-helpful at all when you really need help with trying to disconnect an old, inactive store without any orders or payment info stored and connect a new one. I haven't had such a frustrating process with customer 'support' for a long time and it's still not fixed.
