So far extremely good. Only small niggle is it's hard to swap out mock-ups or at least it's not easy to figure out how to do it easily.

So far the app has been easy to navigate and add products from Printful to my Shopify store. I am in the process of adding all my previous products since switching from the previous pod company I was working with.

Very user friendly, solid selection of products, easy upload for graphics. Once you figure out how to add variants creating products is easy.

This app is not as user friendly as other options available. It often crashes (error 500 Serverside Error). Trying to add inside neck labels is a ridiculously difficult task. You have to pay for the option so not really sure why it is that hard to utilise. The options in materials and branded products are handy but very very very expensive. Just use Vista Print. It is cheaper when using branded items (Addis, Under Armour). The options would be far more useful IF the Printful Shopify app worked correctly. Again, the errors are serverside, nothing to do with Shopify at all. My suggestion is to use Printify and try to find Canadian providers. It will be more expensive but it actually works, neck labeling is free and much easier to use.

It's a great app without a doubt. I think it is unfair that we don't have access to all the products. Other than that, it's a great app.

So far so good, as a beginner and new store owner it has been a really great help to get my designs out there without the worry of all the rest.

I have had nothing but a positive experience so far with Printful, the products are top notch, the prints are clear, clean, flexible, and breathable on the Tee's, I look forward to further build my brand with them!!!

I have found the process of building my store on Printful to be a simple process. At the start it took some brain power to get everything up and running but thanks to the easy integration of Printful with Shopify and onwards to sales channels, it has taken diligence but the processes were easy to negotiate. It's still all a learning curve and I have a lot to learn but ease of use has contributed to where I am today with my online store.

Right now, it is not as great as it could be. Why are my newly created Printful products, not syncing with my shopify store?

Much better than the competition I’ve tried the other ones and I’m much happier here they have warehouses and multiple locations so shipping is super fast and the quality is excellent. I’m very very happy. The customer service is great tooo.

Once figured out, it becomes very easy to add products to your store and maintain through either Shopify or Printful.

Products are good quality and I like Printful much better than Printify. Support is responsive and usually helpful. Its easy to resolve issues within the order process due to good customer support. **HOWEVER**, if you are a legitimate business with a tax ID/resale license, there are a few additional, IMPERITIVE, steps that Printful does not prompt you to set up, or inform you about before you set up orders on your store. First being tax exemption, they will charge you additional sales tax (in addition to shopify charging the customer sales tax) unless you submit your resale cert and have it approved PRIOR to the order. Otherwise you will be charged sales tax twice or more without any notification that the shopify payment does not cover your cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it. Second being shipping charges. The live rate for shipping is not charged unless you do BOTH of the following; have shopify PLUS, AND set shipping section to live rates in the printful backend. Again, there is no notification that the shopify shipping fee does not cover your shipping cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it. Both of these things should be included in the onboarding process, and neither are. Due to these issues, we have overpayed for a staff order by quite a bit, and Printful was not interested in reimbursing us (even as a one-time courtesy) for this issue that resulted due to their poor onboarding process.

I like the convenience of prihtful, but I printed some shirt and the ink ran off and started to peel, some of the shirts lost their color also. I charge 30.00 for the shirts and need better quality, is there a way to make the shirts last a little longer than less than a year?
