Some things I love: - Shopify integration is REALLY seamless. - Upfront about costs - Process from purchase to shipping is very transparent Things I HATE: - I'm using Shopify and Printful together and if I take more than 10 minutes to 'design' a product, Printful times out and discards EVERYTHING I was working on, no matter how close I was to finishing. There's no "Save This Design" feature so I can't save it knowing I'll be taking some more time. I've lost half a dozen designs this way already. It's so frustrating and is now the reason I am going to be looking on Shopify for other apps they have to handle this part of my business. If not for that one feature, I'd be very happy with Printful.

I am learning as I go to print my butterfly macro photo shots to sell on my shopify store. I made my first sale today and I really enjoy creating products on Printful.

Great marketing assistance, and in general great product. The downside is, they don't work with shopify the way some apps do where they get the money from the customer, take their share and send you the rest. If you hook them up with your own bank or credit card and are too successful you will find yourself in a horrible chase for the positive bottom line. Find another service that lets you sell your ideas, with their shirts, they take the customer cash, send you your cut. ALSO there is no easy way to cancel your free trial. It is ridiculous. I am afraid if I uninstall, there will be a surprise charge sometime in the future , now I have to chase these characters down and figure this out. Horrible.

The app is super buggy and extremely slow. Mockup are generated with the wrong embroidery colors. No matter what I do they don't update. The process to create products and publish is time consuming. They introduce new products then quickly discontinue them.

A very responsible company. They were among the 1st to come up with a way to add the GPSR info to their products among many other things that help small business owners. Good experience. Recommended. I only wish they would add more unique home decor items like 3D acrylic plaques. But this not a complain but my desire to use Printful for everything. Good going everybody involved.

Creating my online store was a breeze, but creating my products was even better. Printiful makes creating fun and stress free! *Update: I've experienced some issues with the shipping methods, timing and customer service response time. J'apprécierais si on pouvait choisir plusieurs items à la fois pour une oeuvre. C'est tout ce qui manque pour moi.
