its now saying one of my products is discontinued and there is no method of changing or altering it. most of the links dont work and individual products keep breaking. who build this back end?

From my experience with the products, I have listed so far, Printful provide consistent quality printed products, excellent service and fast shipping. Their turn around is between 2-5 days. From my experience, orders have been shipped majority of the time, within 2 days, which my customers have been greatly encouraged by. The products are packaged well too. My customers have repeatedly given encouraging feedback about their items, the quality of products and how quickly their items arrived. This has been a blessing to my business, helping me to provide quality products and gifts and enhances the quality service I like to provide. Any issues that I have faced, regarding my products, Printful has responded to quickly with good customer service. I love this platform, but I do not appreciate how expensive the products are. In this economy people do not want to pay high ticket prices. Making it harder for business owners to make a profit by trying to keep the prices as low as possible. You guys should consider lowering the cost of your items and provide free shipping.

Everything has been delivered as expected with quality products and prints. Linking my e-commerce site to this Printful has been easy.

I would want more optimization for editing products on mobile. There is currently no way to edit already existing templates.

from my experiance i'd say that it's a good website for buisness owner because it give you lot's of opportunities and set the price for you so you don't really have worry about anything because it automacally put the produt on your shopify storefront.
