The integration was relatively easy. I didn't experience any direct problems that needed to be addressed. I just moved through the process and connected everything step by step. Creating the product's designs was a learning process due to not knowing how to navigate around. But, I quickly mastered it just by taking the time to move through things. I'm satisfied and my designs look great.

I started using printful afer integration with printify proved impossible. It was quicker for me to rebuild nearly 50 listings in printful than it was to get printify to respond to multiple requests for help. So far every aspect of using printful is better than printify.

Garbage, don't do the change I try to do ONLY when the garbage want to but not all the time! plain garbage! needs better developer to fix this thing I always have the same problem

The products are terrific. Anything I've managed to produce to completion has arrived top quality, on time, and looking fabulous. It's the design interface I can't figure out. I've wasted more time loading and reloading, deleting designs and starting over, sifting through help sections and not finding what I need to know - the online chat seems to be in a completely different time zone than I am. Today's dilemma has been a simple t-shirt design that will NOT let me add to store because the 'interior print has low contrast.' I have gone all the way back to redesign the actual graphic to bold the logo, in white, but it will not recognize that it's ok. There is no greater contrast that white on black! Which wouldn't be a problem if there was a bypass option. But there's not. I find the entire design interface to be cumbersome, slow as heck, and ambiguous. Compared to other online design platforms I've used (Vistaprint comes to mind), Printful's does not compare at all. I'm looking at options. Which is a shame because I really like the company and the products.

I've been using Printful for many years and have had over 6,000 orders... Their live chat is second to none!! I just wish their embroidery was better and they offered more hat options as that's what I primarily sell. Great app and would recommend 100%! TerribleAtGolf.com

No response from customer service on an embroidery issue for a week on a $540 order my client has already paid for. All case materials submitted according to instructions. Can't get a reply. "Norah C." "Jesse G." "Rita C." Unacceptable. This is exactly what you don't want to happen when dealing with a print on demand vedor like Printful or Printify. No help, no recourse, no customer service if you have a problem. -Joseph S.

Iits great, easy and efficient with handling sales and shipping. However there needs to be a automatic process of payment for fulfilment beetween shopify and printful if accounts are connected
