I have had wonderful experiences with Printful: Print On Demand . . . would highly recommend to everyone! They have a wide array of different products and their quality is excellent and they have SUPER FAST delivery!

the shipping is really slow and it doesnt give exact times on delivery. Had angry customers because of the unclear instructions of when the delivery was to be.

There's too much praise to add into this "tell us about your experience" to mention. It helps if you are technically savvy but even if you're not, the system(s) are not set up for potential business owners to fail. It's designed to help you to be able to maintain on your own however if you need expert assistance, I definitely do at times, thankfully there are options in place to help small, medium and even large companies be able to present their best to the public.

stock issues drive me bananas. Also certain items are not available. I don't want to have two different partners. i want to keep things simple. So I may switch altogether. Printify has nicer totebags. their cards don't have ugly codes on the back of them (a complete dealbreaker). I kind of don't like their scattered vendor options, it seems complicated whereas Printful keeps it simple. But I'm still considering switching over before I become too invested in Printful.

The platform has been great. It is very easy to design and sync with my Shopify store. Looking forward to growing my business leveraging the Printful platform.

I've used Printful for a week now. Here is my feedback: - You won't get rich of your t-shirts unless you mark up the price by x3 or x4 = Meaning selling at $60 or $80 (somehow after they're done charging you for shipping and taxes, etc, you'll be left with nothing.) - The website to create the t-shirts and designs, is glitchy and backward. - I ordered some of my own shirts to check the quality, I'm in Canada, but somehow they are now shipping from Europe. Go figure. I could go on and on... I wonder if the execs/CEO are actually using their own system. They should.

I am very worried about the color saturation, and the placement of the logo. Both issues are difficult to deal with via chat. I really wish there was an option to speak on the phone.

Considering that Printful is the top POD and the longest in the industry as far as I know, based in the US, I thought I'd give them a try. However, using their app has been unnecessarily stressful, and trying to ask for help has been even more stressful. No wonder I see most people prefer to go to Reddit for their questions instead of asking the creators of the app. When I encounter issues with other apps, even if they are free or low-cost, the support teams always go above and beyond to solve the issue. They provide assistance through screenshots, video sharing, and even access to the website backend to fix the problem. It’s easy to see how passionate they are about their app. However, my experience with Printful has been different, leading me to distrust their service for selling high-value products to customers. Despite explaining which product type I’m working on and providing screenshots, their responses often seem off the mark. For instance, I had a question about t-shirt mockups being blurry and whether this would reflect on the physical product. I provided a screenshot, but the response I received made me think I was talking to a chatbot: "It seems you have sent the wrong file," despite me clarifying that it was indeed my design. Imagine thinking your design is an error just because it's not “common.” I also spent hours trying to get their canvas sizes right and ensure they bleed properly by editing images with the mockups I downloaded from their website to mirror edges. I did this for each size in their mockups for the canvas, but still had issues with each size image sticking to its respective size variant and not overlaying on the other sizes. After providing screenshots as usual, I got a response hours later asking, "Tell me what's the name of the t-shirt you're working on so I can see what’s the issue." This is frustrating, to say the least. Our time should be taken seriously. I also had to install another paid app just to combine different products that are relevant so I don’t have to create multiple listings for the same product, like framed canvas and canvas. This has been incredibly frustrating, and after spending days trying to configure things without adequate guidance, not a single product has been pushed to my store because their system doesn’t work properly and their agents seem indifferent. LMAO even their responses to reviews on the shopify store is "indifferent," just take a read. This reflects their customer service as well. Update: Changed to 1 star, still no one is helping. They provide vague instructions telling you to download their size mockup guide for each canvas size to resize your design to each specific size. Yet they don't have the option to apply a separate image for each size, making their mockups useless, which makes mirroring edges impossible unless each product is just applied to one size. Separate file images/sizes should be allowed to be added to each size, we are not customers buying 1 size for ourselves but we are a dropshipping print on demand, their service and tools have yet to reflect that. Not sure where all the high ratings are coming from.

This has been the most seamless and effective service integration I have ever worked with. I am thankful that you exist and operate in collaboration with Shopify in the way that you do, and would highly recommend this partnership to others.

its a great experience. I just wish it had more steps to help new people to combining both shopify and printful or how to set up banking and payments.

app works good but quality of printed shirts is really bad I bought multiple shirts for my business and all of them are peeling off!

I recommend Printful as it has many print-on-demand produts you can use to create your products. I've created about 30+ products to date with Printful and will probably produce 30 more before I fianally open my shop. Please note that I am a complete newbie and though I'm creating lots of POD with Printful, I still haven't opened my shop yet. However, so far so good. Printful is well laid out, easy to use, with a wide selection of POD products to sell. I like it.

each time i am trying to put designs items on shopify, says error, cannot find store. but under connect printful says, app installed on shopify and connected.

It is appalling in its vague and pathetic instructions to using it. It says you can connect multiple stores but I tried connecting another shopify store (on a separate shopify account) and it was not possible. And there's much more to dislike but I can't be bothered if you can't be bothering finding out what is obviously wrong for yourselves.
