I am a complete newbie to Shopify and I am blown away by the amazing customer service. Never had this before on a free app!!! I installed the app to handle the preordering of my upcoming book launch and it works perfectly well. Thanks to Rosie I was able to understand the process pretty quickly.

We are new to Shopify as well as installing/setting up apps of any kind. We selected Globo because of its ratings and FREE subscription. Our goal was to set PRE-ORDER for a new book release, Lessons of Kindness: Transformations from Around the World. Rosie was our customer support representative. She helped us navigate the installation. Rosie also sent screen shots pointing us to next steps when we were lost. She was successful in getting us installed within one session. The app is really great and allow to manage pre-orders and Back in stock products/notifications. If something is not very clear or small customizations are needed, the support team is here to help.

This app is simple once you understand the terminology and get through the first set up. I love that I can set up groups of products to be on pre-order with a single set of rules. And the support is absolutely phenomenal!!

Seems to have good features. Integrations is a big loss, no styling or color adjustments. If you want an ugly non converting product page this is your best bet.

I've been using Globo plugins for years, starting with their "Product Option" plugin, which was fantastic. The pre-order and out-of-stock plugin is simple, efficient, and gets the job done without any issues. Their support team is always available and very responsible. Highly recommend!

The app is pretty convenient so far. I was assisted by Mike and Rosie. Mike helped me with installing the app and made the process easy! Then I needed help with removing a few things from the my product pages that involved the app and Rosie was happy to assist and completely my request within minutes! I've tried heaps of 'back in stock' apps and this is by far the best. Wanted to customize some details and the customer service (I spoke with Rosie) was super efficient, replied within minutes and made the adjustments straight away. Highly recommend!

Great useful app, I love the "Coming Soon" feature because it's easy to use and there are so many manual functions I can change myself such as messaging and colors. The customer service is excellent too! I came to them with an issue and they quickly took action.
