I wish I could rate with 0 stars. Pinterest just doesn't want to help Merchants. I got rejected and I made an appeal asking for clarification and suggestion on how can I change my ads/products and they DID NOT help at all. Very hard platform with zero communication. I bet they don't even know what are the EXACT policies to approve something. KEEP AWAY. there are better solutions for marketing like TikTok google and meta ads

Many accredited businesses are being rejected by Pinterest due to illogical reasoning and a lack of better judgment. I would not recommend or trust this app to anyone due to their explicit policies and graphic material.

I am so happy I installed Pinterest app on my Shopify store. I’ve had over 800 new visitors to my shop in just 8 days. Other apps don’t compare. Love Pinterest. It’s easy to install and it brings results.

I was absolutely thrilled using Pinterest for my business and chose it to be the only source of traffic for my shop. We sell cool designer baby nursery decor and trendy baby outfits made in EU but our merchant account was removed without explanations and even any advice what is wrong with the website. After 6 years using Pinterest as a merchant and being verified merchant we just get robot replies from 50 cases all the same. we cannot disclose information your website doesn't meet minimum requirements. So we have to move to other sources of traffic because our Pinterest reach tremendously fell from 13+ mln and we produce original content and work hard on pins it fell to 5 mln in seconds. Supports doesn't want to help and even explain what is wrong and what we can update. So the app now is useless and I guess merchants with great products here are not welcome. Pinterest is overloaded with AI pins that take over platform and we are the original content makers have to go after investing so much work and time into content.

Starts off promising but ultimately a total waste of time. Kept claiming I had issues with my store - URL not working (it is) Then lacking policies/categories - literally on my homepage. Either have automatic processes or incompetant staff. 3 chances to appeal even though you are appealing against things which aren't wrong in the first place. Hopeless.

I signed up and within five minutes the app was telling me my business doesn't meet the requirements, even though it does. Not a big deal as I wasn't sure about Pinterest anyway. I simply deleted my account. The strange this is, a few hours later I got an email from someone at Pinterest telling me my company is a perfect fit and would I like to schedule a call. I'm being generous and giving the app three stars because I'm assuming this is just some glitch with their app.

Misleading to say it can be used for organic reach and then force credit card details to use the app. I'm not opposed to paying for marketing, but at least let me test the functionality from an organic perspective first.

As a business owner who has successfully used other platforms like Google Merchant, TikTok Shop, Snapchat, and Bing, I am extremely frustrated with the difficulties I have encountered in getting my merchant catalog active on Pinterest for retargeting purposes. Despite diligently following the guidelines and making the necessary adjustments to meet the quality standards, my account was still not approved. The lack of detailed feedback and the opaque process made it even more challenging to address the issues effectively. In contrast, the approval processes on Google Merchant, TikTok Shop, Snapchat, and Bing were much more straightforward and transparent, allowing me to quickly set up and start retargeting my products. Pinterest's stringent and unclear policies have created unnecessary hurdles, delaying my ability to reach potential customers and grow my business through their platform. It’s disappointing that such a popular social media site makes it so difficult for businesses to use their merchant services effectively. I hope Pinterest takes this feedback seriously and works towards making their approval process more user-friendly and transparent. Until then, I will continue to rely on the more efficient services of Google Merchant, TikTok Shop, Snapchat, and Bing for my business needs.

Thought I'd try again after a year, but NO! Horrible platform for selling, even after over a year they tell you that you dont meet requirements even though you do. Don't waste your time with this app trust me. It slows down your store speed drastically and shows nothing but bad from Google PageSpeed Insights. WORTHLESS!!!! Do not install in your store!!!!!!!!!!! Pinterest is a JOKE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

Very easy to set up, plus when you go to connect other profiles you can do it with a click of a button. So simple love it

The app no longer works at all. I just opens to an error message. This has been going on for over a month with zero response from support. Very disappointing.

Thank you for the ad credits, totally didn't expect that. I'm looking forward to learning more about business on Pinterest. As a personal user, it' is by far the best platform to share, and get unique ideas that are inspiring that you can find nowhere else. 10/10 Recommend

This app isn't amazing. Instead of doing the basic which is synching the products and store, It only connects it if you open ads. So it is based on 100% paid and does nothing to connect the rest.
