Unable to access the Order Printer Pro App even after accepting it's collaboration request and receiving confirmation mail......It worked for a while but now again It's still showing the Connection reset error

Very responsive and helpful with my requests. They worked quickly and efficiently, offering step by step instructions on how to do things.

We've used this app for years and every time we have needed assistance with customising something the support team has been quick at responding and efficiently completes every request exactly as we ask for! It's rare to find customer service reps that genuinely listen and work to achieve what you've asked for, these guys have nailed it.

I am very satisfied with the app. I can customize all invoices and documents exactly the way I want using the template code. If there are any issues, the support team responds within minutes and resolves the problems efficiently.

I needed some adjustments to an Invoice and Andres helped me quickly and efficiently. I was skeptical at first about using the chat feature but my issue was resolved quicker and easier than via email request!

For awhile I have had problems with invoicing and this app has all the features I need. PDF invoice is automated when customer place an order and PDF can be downloaded when customer login. Patrishia has helped me set up the code and solved all the problems for me. Amazing support and I highly recommend this app so look no further.

nice app easily implemented in shopify admin page, can integrate with customer account and email order confirmation. support is always there. need some coding knowledge for customizing the templates, as they dont offer no settings regarding the template which makes it hard to customize.

What a great experience. Prompt, fast, courteous service. My personal needs met within 15 mins of starting conversation. I run a shop that has nearly every parent product customizable. They were able to have those options show up on a template so that we could fulfil those orders in our warehouse. Just what we needed. We were a WP site that converted over to Shopify so a lot of this is new and they helped us with a major hurdle for workflow.

This support team is amazing. I cannot thank them enough for the help they provide. Running a wholesale business on shopify is not easy, however this team has made it work for me. Highly reccomend this app.

Insgesamt gutes Rechnungstool mit herunterladbaren Rechnungen für den Kunden in der Kaufbestätigunsmail. Das Anpassen der 4 Rechnungsvorlagen war leider ein sehr langwieriger Prozess, aber der Support hat es mit viel Mühe dann schlussendlich gut erledigt. Ein klassisches Rechnungsdesign, wie es Datev, Sevdesk & Co. bieten, findet man jedoch auch hier leider nicht. Mittelfristig steht daher wohl ohnehin ein Wechsel zu Billbee an.

Great support, very happy with the app. I switched over from another invoicing and and this one is 1000x better and less expensive.

amazing this app will save me alot of time for receipts with automated pdf files, i even had assistance from Luis to include my GST HST QST numbers in the receipt template... also available receipts in french and english accordingly 10/10

I have been using Order Printer Pro since 2022 and in my tech stack they are A) irreplaceable and B) absolute joy to work with. We would not be able to do what we do and have everything so highly personalised to us if not for the amazing support and a "can-do" attitude of the team. Everyone I have interacted with have been great. To me this matters almost as much as the app functionality, because we don't have a massive team, in fact t's a 1 person team looking after all things Shopify and E-Commerce so good app support feels like an extension to the team I can always rely on.

We just launched Order Printer Pro to be able to print invoices on draft orders for customers selling on consignment. We needed the invoice changed to reflect the line item individual price excluding tax and the individual tax amount. Mic was really helpful and set that up for us in no time. 5 stars for service and support!

Was good when I was online only / before I opened a brick and mortar physical store. App developers have it coded so it counts every single order, not just orders that you generate a PDF or slip for, so getting billed for orders that will never get a PDF.
