It is unbelievable that Shopify plus doesn't have PDF function and easy way to send customer receipts. Order Printer Pro solves both problem in an elegant way. The support is responsive as well.

Besonders lange war ich auf der Suche nach einer App, die es ermöglicht, Rechnungen zu erstellen und diese automatisch an Kunden zu versenden. Diese App erfüllt genau diesen Zweck und hat mir bereits enorm geholfen. Ein besonders nützliches Feature ist die Möglichkeit, Rechnungen auch aus früheren Bestellungen zu generieren und diese problemlos als PDF zu speichern oder auszudrucken. Diese Funktion spart mir nicht nur Zeit, sondern erleichtert auch die Verwaltung meiner Abrechnungen erheblich. Der Preis von nur 10 Dollar im Monat ist unschlagbar. Ich habe viele andere Apps recherchiert, aber keine konnte mit den zusätzlichen Funktionen dieser App mithalten. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass Kunden direkt bei Erhalt der Versandbestätigung die Rechnung sowie beispielsweise einen Retourenschein herunterladen können. Diese Funktion war vorher für mich nicht möglich und vereinfacht den gesamten Prozess enorm. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass einige Anpassungen in der App recht komplex sind und gelegentlich Programmierkenntnisse erfordern. Das kann für Nutzer ohne technisches Hintergrundwissen eine Herausforderung sein. Allerdings war der Support – in meinem Fall durch Oscar – so schnell und hilfreich, dass selbst diese Hürden leicht zu überwinden waren. Ein Wunsch für die Zukunft wäre die Möglichkeit, innerhalb der App direkt Versandlabels drucken zu können. Diese Funktion würde den Workflow noch effizienter machen und weitere externe Tools überflüssig machen. Insgesamt bin ich mehr als zufrieden mit der App und empfehle sie gerne weiter, vor allem für kleine Unternehmen oder Selbstständige, die eine zuverlässige und erschwingliche Lösung für ihre Rechnungsstellung suchen. Der Support ist herausragend, und die umfangreichen Funktionen sowie der faire Preis machen diese App zu einer der besten Optionen auf dem Markt.

The app is easy to use. The service is amazing. Whenever I had a question about the layout or content of the invoice, the staff solved the problem immediately and perfectly. It was perfect.

The billing is incredibly misleading. The pricing is based on the total number of Shopify orders, not just the orders processed through the app. When I raised this with support, they simply pointed me to an article about their pricing. Why not be upfront about it from the start instead of resorting to these bait-and-switch tactics? I wish Shopify would enforce clearer pricing structures with their developers. What difference does it make how many orders my store gets if I’m not even using the app? To make matters worse, support almost seemed to encourage me to leave a negative review.

I just set up the app over the last few days and I really like how it integrates into Shopify and the power it gives me over the templates.
