Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.

We have had a fantastic experience working with OrderEditing right from the start. I don't know, there's something memorable about the experiences I've had with Erin, Paul and the app in general. There's an enthusiasm in that team and in every interaction that you don't get often elsewhere and its probably why they're sitting on as many five star reviews as they are. The app itself is undeniably useful and one most merchants of a certain size and above should use no questions asked (though more complex than just plug and play - hence why the support team is so valuable). I'll recommend Orderediting to anyone who'll listen and hope they see all the success they deserve. Everything else has already been said.

Excellent onboarding and dedication to improving the product. We initially trialled a year ago and it just wasn't a right fit. Flash forward a year and the product has come a long way and I can only see it getting better. Highly recommend, early signs are looking great for us.
