Great app for customers to edit the order after placing them, as many would change their minds. It saved us TONs of time for our customer service team.

Cleverific has been a game changer for our ecommerce business. Address changes were the number one customer service request we were fielding on a daily basis, often causing frustrations when our orders shipped out faster than the address changes could be communicated. Adding a 15 minute hold to our order processing to allow for customers to adjust addresses themselves has already cut down on the number of requests we're recieving in just a few weeks of having the app installed on our website. Has a setting that refunds edited orders by default, automatically enabled. App in no way lets you know that it will be refunding orders by default. Support was no help as far as cancelling the refund we did not approve. Potentially massive problem, we are currently at the mercy of our customer being willing to pay a second time after receiving everything already.

We had a complex headless Shopify marketplace need, and Cleverific—especially Andrew—went above and beyond to help us solve it. Not only do they do excellent work, but they’re also incredibly easy to work with. Their transparency in pricing, kindness, and fairness set them apart, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If I could give 10 stars, I would—it’s a bummer I can only give five!
