All problems were resolved in no time, and they were both very friendly and efficient. The customer service is truly exceptional and a real highlight. I've tried a lot of different apps to boost my AOV, and so far, this app has all the makings of a great one. It can add rewards, upsells, trust badges, and much more. The best part? It's FREE. A free app wouldn't offer any decent support, but Lulla from the support team answered all my questions and helped me resolve them step by step. Her response time is always less than 2 minutes whenever I have a question, which exceeds my expectations. I'll choose them in the future for any comparable apps. The support alone makes it a no-brainer.
