It's especially good at syndication and integrates well into our support ecosystem (incl Gorgias, Klaviyo) so that we can engage customers effectively. Pros: Great features, clean and intuitive user interface, and most especially it's fast! Cons: For an expensive application like Okendo, you'll expect customer service support is top notch. It's not, it's one of the worst out there! They'd assign you a dedicated onboarding specialist but would not respond on a timely manner, their live chat takes ages to reply.
