In regard to the app itself, we've found it a really fun way to engage with our most loyal customers on a different level - allowing us to give back to them in a non-monetary way. We've also factored 'double points' days into sales events which we hope will result in a higher conversion for our Loyalty club members. Overall, happy so far!

Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and has helped increase our retention. My only complaint would we that we cannot schedule campaigns.

Really happy with the support I receive from this platform. Even when I feedback things that could change they really do listen and make changes. It has really helped us increase our returning customer rate and their development team is second to none.
