We’ve been using Loyalty Lion for almost a year now, and we’ve noticed a significant increase in customer engagement thanks to the Rewards Program. The platform is easy to use and quite straightforward. A special mention goes to Jason, who was an absolute star during the implementation process. He was incredibly helpful, always available to assist, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. The support team has also been fantastic—always responsive and quick to help. Our only feedback is that we haven’t had our quarterly reviews as our Success Manager left the company, and we haven’t been contacted regarding a new assignment. Additionally, we would love to see more customization options and the ability to edit the FAQs again. Overall, we’re very happy with Loyalty Lion and the positive impact it has had on our business.

Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and has helped increase our retention. My only complaint would we that we cannot schedule campaigns.

Great customer service! Our rep Libby and the rest of the loyalty lion team offers frequent communication and a really in depth onboarding process. They have always been great in answering questions and communicating with our web dev team while prepping for launch!

We have been using Loyalty Lion for 3 years now. We recently revamped our whole programme and launched it concurrently with a new website. Our Customer Success Manager, Hannah Cook was a huge help through this process, looking over our plans and timelines, providing advice and helping us make sure the relaunch went smoothly - which it did!

We have just launched our rewads program with Loyalty Lion. When we were at the stage of chosing an app, we decided to go with Loyalty Lion because they were the only ones who spoke clearly of how this can help us achieve our targets. Freya helped us during the onboarding period and it was great to have her guide us throuhg everything. So far the app is working wel and we had our first customers already redeeming points.
