Great customer service! Our rep Libby and the rest of the loyalty lion team offers frequent communication and a really in depth onboarding process. They have always been great in answering questions and communicating with our web dev team while prepping for launch!

The onboarding process was a piece of cake with the support of Libby White and her team! What could have been an overwhelming process was made easy with the team's very clear communication during the process and the checklists they provided kept it all very organized. Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and we were able to customize the great emails they setup in Klaviyo. Libby was there every step of the way with any questions I had and we just recently launched and are excited to see all the ways that this program supports our customers and our revenue.

Really happy with the support I receive from this platform. Even when I feedback things that could change they really do listen and make changes. It has really helped us increase our returning customer rate and their development team is second to none.
