Writing this review having just launched our program and have to say, Jason, our onboarding manager, was easily the most helpful and efficient rep with a third party platform that we've ever worked with. Not only was he an expert in Loyalty Lion, but he had tremendous knowledge of our other integrated platforms as well (Klaviyo, TapCart, Attentive). Jason genuinely wanted success for our program from the start. He went above and beyond so many times. We're excited to continue to improve and add to our program!

Loyalty Lion is the gold standard for Shopify rewards programs. They offer a clean, easy-to-use interface with plenty of options for customization, and have a robust integration network. Additionally, they have a great team to help get you onboarded (shoutout Reya)! I can't recommend them enough.

We've been so impressed with LoyaltyLion and what it's done for our customer retention. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, thanks to a dedicated team and Libby our onboarding manager that made setup a easy and helped us get everything right from the start. The best part is how seamlessly it connects with the other tools we use every day, like Klaviyo and Recharge. We were able to create a loyalty program that feels like part of our brand.

We’re in our thirteenth year of business and the idea of bolting a loyalty program onto a busy Shopify store felt risky. Reya jumped in and proved we had nothing to worry about. She was patient through multiple delays in our go-live date. She updated the rewards-page code so it worked on both our current theme and the new one we’re building, slipped in the referral block, and cleaned up the tier table for mobile. When we switched from points to spend-based tiers, she reset the thresholds, and pointed me in the right direction for Shopify Functions to apply free shipping and discounts automatically. She handled large CSV imports, double-checked our program, and answered my morning emails before lunch. If anything needed adjustments, she had it updated the same day. Reya made our LoyaltyLion launch simple. Reya felt like part of our team from start to finish and her help was worth every penny.

We have been Loyalty Lion members for several years and love the platform. Easy to use. Effective for customer retention and increasing the LTV of customers. And, on top of how good the platform is, the Loyalty Lion customer service team is outstanding - quick to respond and always gets me the answers I need to keep moving forward.

Our lead person went away on holiday just after we signed up. Maybe we might not get the handoff done as we hoped. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the next person, Reya, was just as nice and amazing at her job. She completed the setup ahead of time, and even though we have glitches with Shopify, the Loyalty Lion portion looks and works amazingly. Thank you to the whole team.

This app it's honestly the best! From start to finish you are supported by a designated onboarding manager, ours was Reya and she was great at helping us set up. The process is seamless, we were initially worried at how we were going to move all of our data from our original loyalty app to LoyaltyLion but it was easy! Well...Reya did it! As well as Reya, there a few guys from design who helped us build our custom page and they had loads of options, styles & other brand examples to choose from. Now we are up and running we are delighted with the way it looks and functions.

I strongly advise against using LoyaltyLion. The onboarding process was a nightmare — confusing, time-consuming, and ultimately incomplete. Despite never fully using the platform, I was charged right away. What they promised in terms of design and user experience was nowhere near what they delivered. The interface was clunky, outdated, and frankly not something I felt comfortable exposing to my customers. To make things worse, their team was aggressive and inflexible. Even after I expressed my dissatisfaction, they insisted I pay for 12 months upfront. It felt like they cared more about locking in revenue than actually helping merchants succeed. I’m writing this to help other store owners avoid the same costly and frustrating mistake. Save yourself the time, money, and stress.

The onboarding process is smooth and intuitive, with Loyalty Lion doing a lot of the heavy lifting and background work for us. There was only one feature that wasn't totally clear and that was the 'rolling' approach to spend calculations, but we have managed to find a way to work around this. Reya was very helpful throughout the whole onboarding process and the team are very quick to action any changes or requests. We went live yesterday and are already seeing really positive engagement and response from the programme!

Have had a great experience with Loyalty Lion and our CSM Hannah, who has been great at answering any queries we have as well as constantly helping us to optimise our loyalty programme. Our only areas for improvement are around the reporting and analytics side of things but after seeing the product roadmap, we are excited for things to come!
