Lots of info and things to have in place to make LL work with your store but their team takes care of everything aside from any internal decisions you have to make for your specific use-case. Freya was stellar in all ways and helpful at every stage.

We’ve been using Loyalty Lion for almost a year now, and we’ve noticed a significant increase in customer engagement thanks to the Rewards Program. The platform is easy to use and quite straightforward. A special mention goes to Jason, who was an absolute star during the implementation process. He was incredibly helpful, always available to assist, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. The support team has also been fantastic—always responsive and quick to help. Our only feedback is that we haven’t had our quarterly reviews as our Success Manager left the company, and we haven’t been contacted regarding a new assignment. Additionally, we would love to see more customization options and the ability to edit the FAQs again. Overall, we’re very happy with Loyalty Lion and the positive impact it has had on our business.

Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and has helped increase our retention. My only complaint would we that we cannot schedule campaigns.
