Joseph was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by doing custom work for me. He had to code something specific, which took some time, but I’m extremely happy with the result. Fantastic service!

I really like the app, but im having som problems with it changing my store theme. I was using normaly, but at the new theme it doen't show, ene though its activated. I could use some help!

We had been satisfied with Kiwi with easy setup & ability to use our own designed template. However, we have had a glitch with our size chart since March and are getting nowhere with the help center. We have reached out 3 times and have been told our issue is high priority, then get no follow up. Our size chart worked fine for over a year and now due to this issue, our customers aren't able to easily navigate between tabs as we had designed it.

Markson was a great help in getting the size chart adjusted this app has given me a fast response time and manage to resolve my issue. Excellent choice and highly recommend

De klantenservice is top, reageren snel, ook in de late uurtjes, erg behulpzaam, lossen het probleem zsm op. Kreeg zelfs een loom video waarin uitgelegd werd hoe ik het probleem de volgende keer zelf kon oplossen. (Thanks Arci)

Acri was great! I reached out very frustrated about learning to create multiple size charts and he was kind, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful. He helped with creating the charts, and provided instructions on how I can make changes and also made a loom for me on how to use the 3 charts. AMAZING! He made this such a pleasant experience.

I love the app! It would be great if we could also have the possibility to add the size chart on a normal page, and not just on the product page, as sometimes we have to create landing pages for campaigns.

Great support from the team in getting the Size Chart link positioned exactly how I wanted it on my Product Page. Having Kiwi Size chart definitely helps reduce returns by helping my customers get their size right first time.

Initially things started off positive. The person helping was responsive and tried to help, but when things were not working as planned, things shifted, responses lessened and then just stopped. I would check to see if any updates were happening on the site and things were happening but not for the better, mostly unsuccessful attempts to fix. Then I received it's working for me etc.(which was not the truth). Eventually, he explained based on a conflict from a different program my request couldn't happen the way I originally wanted, which was fine. Fast forwarding, he was able to make the alternate changes, but I only became aware of them because I kept checking to see if anything was happening. During that process he messed up a few things, and stopped communicating all together. In the end I just starting sending screenshots of how things looked. He eventually, put things back together, but had I not checked and started sending screenshots, I'm not sure what would have happened. Because things did workout in the end I'm leaving 3 stars, because there were honest attempts to support but somewhere along the line things took a drastic turn.

Using free version, but looks brilliant and also support reacted on my question (Markos in my case) in few minutes with minor issue when we changed theme. Overall been with a guys for several years and I can only recommend it!

We used to absolutely love this app. The developer is responsive and there is constant improvement of the apps features. Unfortunately the new limits on the number of published size charts and additional fees for sales over 100 pc. is a deal breaker for us. We are leaving for a different solution without these restrictions.
