We've been using this app on multiple sites for many years and have found it to be buggy from time to time. Recently this has caused issues with the operation of our sites. Bugs happen from time to time, we understand that. However, the extremely disappointing and frustrating thing is the lack of assistance and communication from the app developers. We've had an open ticket for over 6 weeks that has not been resolved and now that ticket has been removed from the chat. Overall a very frustrating experience, still with no solution. Based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend this app.

Great features and great support overall, I've had some tech complications with another app that was causing Kiwi not to work properly and the Kiwi support team fixed it amazingly and smoothly

UPDATE: I've recently added another App to my product page & this had the effect of over-riding my Kiwi settings. Within a few minutes of telling Markson about the problem he'd fixed it. I am a first time Shopify owner and in the process of setting up my store, it was recommended to use Kiwi size charts. One of the best apps I have implemented for my store - Duck Nation. The detail and the ease to use is very simplistic which for a first time user is a must. Highly recommend the Kiwi sizing app for any Shopify store owner.

Moved to next plan -> decided it's not okay for us (not possible to translate fields from English). Tried to move back after few minutes and it was not possible anymore. Created lots of manual work for us without any real reason.

Love it! What makes Kiwi Size Chart so awesome is the staff. They are SO helpful and respond right away! I was intimidated using the platform because I could not figure it out, but the team walked me through it step by step. I will not use another company for size charts.
