Had a few issues with setup, but online (human) help has sorted it all out. The app seems pretty good but have not fully tested it yet. As with most apps on the 'free' plan, it's not long before you need to get further into the app to fully setup, which requires the paid plan. It's not expensive though.

I've used judge.me for most of my previous stores and it's my go-to because of the free features and especially because of the helpful and friendly customer support agents!

Have only used it for a short time, but so far if an issue came up, the support team fixed it quickly.
