The free version is everything you need for cheap and it's at a reasonable price point once you're ready for the extra features. The help team is very responsive and Victor did a great job explaining all my questions for how it worked with subscriptions and collecting past reviews.

Really easily integrated into our store in exactly the way we'd imagined a good review plug in should. Support is also INCREDIBLY prompt and helpful. Had an issue with a font conflict not displaying review stars and it was resolved within 5 minutes of me opening the support ticket. Exemplary.

Abderrahman assisted me with clear instructions and screenshots that guided me on how to embed the necessary code so that my reviews would show on my product page. However, the coding to get the review carousel in the footer of my home page was beyond my abilities and it was no bother for them to collaborate and make changes to my Shopify store to assist me to achieve this.
