They recently made some changes to this app so that email reminders are not sent out anymore after the initial requests if there is no interaction with that email. The reminder wasn't even sent out to a customer who ended up opening the initial email a few days later That is crazy as the whole point of the reminders is to prompt the opening and interaction of the emails if they don't do so on the initial request. However, we can still ask their support to send out 1st, 2nd or 3rd reminders manually from their side even if initial request emails aren't opened so that's some consolation. There have also been some bugs in the email request history as a written review wasn't showing up in the status of emails, and requests were sent for accessory products in the order when it was all set just for the main product review. Anyway, overall it's quite a good app for review management.

i had a problem getting the 5 star ratting to be the first one you see and Faissal a worker for judge.me was extremely helpfully giving me the exact links, with the steps to go along with it all in a first time, I'm talking minutes i fixed what i wanted to because of how easy Faissal made the instructions. thank you again Faissal i rally appreciate it and you were very professional. :)

I have used this app first on another platform and now on Shopify and I think it's great. The move to Shopify itself was really easy. It does all that need in a reviews app and is very reasonably priced. In addition, customer service is great, the answer questions quickly and accurately.

Judge.me has great support, I had an issue with loading reviews properly (probably because I set something up incorrectly!) I chatted them and they fixed it in under five minutes! Great app!

This guy deserves a pay rise! :) I see a lot of options in the app in the free plan which is important for me as my business is fresh and not bringing much money yet so my budget is limited. But Jugde.me offers alot for free and I love them for that!

i worked with loox before i found this app- not only that loox is very expensive but the loox and judge me has the same features. judge me have an exelent customer support- they answer all of my questions in a minute. and its free!!! i you can customize everything. highly recommanded!
