Signed up today for the free version. Easy setup. Had a glitch with my website pushing the reviews below another section and I could not switch their position on the page. I emailed support, but when I was messing with settings, a chat popped up, and was a man named Abraao asking how setup was and if I had questions. I explained, and within a few minutes, FIXED! I signed up for the upgraded version because nobody has had support on a free app in like 20 years! Highly recommend.
