Excellent customer service. I was having issues with setting up integration between Klaviyo and Judge.me. Their customer service team (Cassiano and Ben) were very patient and detailed, and helped me solve the issue. Very professional customer service. Highly recommended.

The product is so easy to use. And when I needed support with adding a review bar to my homepage the team were super fast in responding, super helpful, really friendly and happy to answer any of my questions. My issue was solved so fast.

I had a few formatting issues when I installed the app on a third party theme. I tried in vain to fix them myself with my limited code experience. I finally reached out to customer support, and they fixed the issues incredibly quickly. They were very responsive, kind, and patient!

I was installing the app and hit a snag. Nouhaila helped me via chat in real-time. This onboarding process and the assistance I've received, even though I'm just trying out the Free Version for now, is hands down the most friendly, professional and efficient customer service I've ever experienced.
