Andrew was fantastic and implemented some custom code immediately so the widget displayed better on our product pages.

The app is fantastic, but what's truly remarkable is their support. They are quick and precise, and they even made suggestions for things I hadn't noticed. I highly recommend it.

This is a very good app. The customer service was exceptional as Abraao did most of the work for me and guided me through ever step of the way. They the process of importing reviews and stars to my Shopify store easy breezy!

It's a great app with amazing customer service. The free plan does the job, and the snippets are the key. There are other review apps, but this is easily the best free plan for Shopify!

I recently downloaded Judge.me product reviews and what set this product apart was its Great Customer service. I was able to get help setting up the entire app along with its widgets. I would highly recommend!

I've only been learning and using this app for one day, but I've already experienced excellent support and service from 3 different chat support staff at Judge.me and they have all been very helpful as I continue to learn how to best setup and use the features I want to. My last support staff I worked with is "Daniel", and he helped me in so many ways with such friendly support and patience that I'm very impressed and so thankful.

I cancelled my subscription on April 3rd through Shopify and uninstalled the app right after that and was just billed for another month. I was switching themes and was just doing a website overhaul but didn't want to pay for it during this time. Any app and Shopify should have accurate billing practices in my opinion. You know this isn't the first time that I have had problems with billing practices from apps in the Shopify app store. This is why I purchased a theme that will handle everything without using not even one app. The billing practices are very questionable in my opinion.

Haven't had a ton of experience with the app yet, but it appears well built and so far works great. Customer service response has been quick, thorough and friendly.
