Got the best onboarding and support from Soufiane. Never had this kind of service from a service so definitely a big recommendation to work with judge.me.

I would recommend this app as it is best for reviews. Mohamed assisted me to do the set up in my store with fast response.

I hoped it will make it easy to import reviews from Etsy, Trustpilot and eBay (and maybe Google Shopping and Amazon too if we needed) but all I can see is some unknown integrations (for us in the UK at least) or the possibility of doing it manually via CSV. I suppose Judge.me is more like a Trustpilot competitor and not really focussed enough on bringing in reviews from other platforms and marketplaces as well, despite the customer support insisting that thats their best feature. There is a way to read Etsy reviews as long as we also install the paid Shuttle app which we don't need as we do already integrate with Etsy via Shopify Marketplace Connect. In comparison, the Fera Product Reviews App makes it fairly easy to import the JSON file with reviews we download from Etsy. Fera also imports easily our reviews from Trustpilot and Google Shopping which Judge.me claim are covered by copyright. While for eBay and Amazon, despite the same copyright excuse, the Opinew Product Reviews App UGC can also import easily our reviews from these marketplaces. It is a shame though that none of these apps can do the job fully and properly. :( The Judge.me chat support person told me that we can import the reviews manually via CSV and do it easily with their AliExpress integration. But we're not interested in AliExpress at all while apps like this are meant to help towards automating things not doing manually. I can get ChatGPT to write for me the code for my own app and do it manually... This app is not for us at all and I'm frankly disappointed given the many positive reviews but I'm taking it that most people use it the same way we use Trustpilot.

I'm really liking the Judge.me app it's got many features, one key feature that stands out that is not available in other review apps I tried is the product grouping feature. We sell bikinis and sell a top and a bottom separately on different product pages, allowing customers to easily mix and match on sizes. We wanted it so that if the product page for the bottom had a review posted it would also be shown on the product page of the top automatically. With Judge.me you can do this easily. They also have an email template builder for constructing templates for inviting customers after purchase to review the product with easy call to action and reminders. This coupled with fast reactive and friendly support and a premium tier that is only $15 per month this app is a no brainer and I've got myself set up ready to go in no time. This is a top review app for Shopify.

this will be a perfect review importing app , if they consider adding an option for editing reviews under each product. currently there is an option to edit reviews only as a common for all products or we have to spend a whole time on csv file. Hope they ill add it in future
