The customer support from Abraao alone was worth staying with the app. I experienced a bug with the UI update and he immediately figured it out and reverted my page back to the previous UI. He said that once all of the bugs are worked out of the new UI (including the one that occurred to me) my page will automatically update back. It was a seamless interaction and made an amazing impression on someone who has only been using the app for less than 24 hours
