Love this app, it makes my life so much easier as a small business owner when it comes to hunting down reviews. It's automatically sent and allows for clients to do this at their own leisure without me sending an email personally breathing down their necks. The customer service is quick and friendly.

This reviews app is everything you hope it to be. It's priced right, the integrations are great, and it works. Igor was very kind in helping us w/ custom CSS code so it merged seamlessly with our brand design into our store. Lots of review app options (I have tried so many from Loox to Fera and more) -- this one is great and the optional integration with Klaviyo is helpful since we decided to go that route with our email marketing. We recommend!

Extremely Disappointed with the Poor Customer Service! less that 1 star I am absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced with this company. The representative I dealt with was unbelievably frustrating to communicate with. He pretended not to understand me and took forever just to say a few words. It felt like he was wasting my time intentionally! Even worse, he practically told me that I needed to figure everything out on my own, implying that they don't actually do anything to help their customers. If you don’t understand something, too bad—you’re on your own. I have never encountered such a lack of support and unwillingness to assist in any business. This was truly an eye-opener, and I am beyond disappointed. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service standards. Unbelievably poor service!
