10/10 - Customer support that actually helps and assists . Easy to setup and defintley increases conversion rates on our site . highly reccomended . Also works on our RTL site which is a bonus.

I had an issue removing a widget. I contacted Judgeme and the service was very quick and Jess sorted it out immediately. Excellent support.

Great product with even better service! We has a small issue with Google console producing an error and Hakima in support had it sorted out within 30 mins of our initial email to them. Awesome!

11/10 - WE LOVE THIS APP. Don't get me started on the customer service.... after reaching out, maybe 17 seconds later I had someone helping me, and BAMN... problem was solved after MAYBE 3 minutes. We've been using this app for the last 3-4 years and even our customers love it. HIGHLY recommend.

Easy to set up, works beautifully and the only time I needed help, Gabriella helped me fix my issue within 2 minutes. Also love that they have a free option since we are still small. Hope I get to the paid option someday, fingers crossed for big sales!!

Easy to use and has the most free features available out of most product review apps. A lot of features are still behind a paywall, but overall it's a good review app for a smaller store. Used their chat function recently and got a helpful response within minutes.

Rodrigo was very promptly and helpful. He explained everything very clear and answered any question I had. I really like Judge.me and the customer support is great!
