I almost went with Trust Pilot, I had a meeting scheduled for this coming Monday, but then I discovered this. Trust Pilot wants like $250-350 a month to do what this app can do for $15 per month. I've only been using this app for a day, so I obviously don't have a lot of experience with it, but I managed to get reviews to show up on my product pages in about an hour, and I'll be finished importing existing reviews in about 1-2 more hours. Best part, assuming I'm understanding things correctly, they'll automatically send customers an email whenever they make a purchase. That's what prompted me to upgrade.

We have been selling on eBay for many years, and Judge.me gave us the opportunity to export all of our feedback (manually) and import them into our page. That way, the customers will have genuine feedback about these specific products.

The Judge.me app is incredibly user-friendly and looks fantastic on the site. On the very rare occasion that I encounter any issues, their chat support is impressively quick, and problems are always resolved promptly.
