I have been using Judge.me Application for a few weeks. The Application is great and does what you would expect for a review Application. The huge benefit is that it integrates to other Apps including Smart SEO, which pushes out to Google Merchant Center. The game changer is their support. I have used support a few times asking them about standards and best practices to get reviews quicker. We are looking to push the store reviews to Google, but there is a 50 review minimum. They walked me through the process to send out emails to orders before installing the App. They also helped connect the DNS records to ensure the email requests are delivered. Great App, Awesome support.

Worked with Abraão to import my Reviews from my Etsy shop to my Shopify store. He was great, really patient, helpful and easy to follow instructions when I had to do something my end. Apps with Free Plans are a minefield in the app store, but Judge.me is super honest, very simple to set up, and feature complete as described. Good documentation, easy steps, no hoops to jump through. If you need a free Reviews app, don't waste your time with other options.

App was relatively easy to install but I am a novicee at I.T What i didnt know though was resolved by the very helpful Soufiane. So far, it is a great service.

Love this app, I've used it for my own store and also client stores. Customer support is top notch. It does have a few wee bugs from time to time, but the support is always there :)

I had a few issues when setting up the app, so I reached out to support. I had a guy named Soufiane. It took a little while for him to respond back to me on the chat each time, but after a while he had fixed my problem and added the star rating and review widget on all my product pages. Once he had access to my store, it was all sorted out quite quickly. So I really can't complain. Thanks again Soufiane.
